NE1 provide a range of email solutions to smaller ISP's, web developers and non profit organisations. We've recently upgraded our email platforms to improve the service we provide to you via your email provider.

This does not affect your service, contract or email address in any way.

Tip Of The Week.

If you need to change your password or other settings (auto responders, aliases, filters etc), use the 'Hosting Control' button at the top of this page and login with your full email address and password.

POP Email

Use Outlook, Outlook Express or any other POP mail Client to retrieve your email.

IMAP Email

Use Outlook, Outlook Express, iPhone or other leading Smartphones to access your email via IMAP.

Web Email

You will need the latest browser software to access your email from any internet connected computer around the globe, if you are reading this, you already have everything you need!

Service Status

Following a hardware failure on an internal system, we currently have a service impacting issue on our Web Hosting and Email platforms. Customers are assured that email and web site data is in the process of being recovered. Please bear with us while this happens. Customers may receive email's with replacment login credentials during this process, please keep these safe for future use. The hardware vendor has been asked to attend site to assist with repairs. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Maintenance

We perform routine network maintenance between 1am and 3am every Tuesday.

This does not usually impact on service. In the event that service will be impacted, we will list date, time and systems affected here.
